There's always something going on at Central Texas MCC. Our church believes in being active and visible in the community, and having fun while we do it. Check out these pictures of community events, activities, socials, and fundraisers.
The Gospel Ensemble from Resurrection MCC On August 29, the Resurrection MCC Gospel Ensemble brought the Word in song. It was a wonderful Spirit-filled worship service followed by a chopped barbecue brisket sandwich reception.

School Supplies for Local Children Throughout the month of August, our congregation collected school supplies for school children at a local elementary school.

Christmas in July All through the month of July, our congregation collected gift items for Friends for Life. Friends for Life helps the elderly and people with disabilities live independently as long as possible, protects and cares for those who are unable to care for themselves and brings generations together to enrich lives.

Some horsed around in the the serving area like...

Court Valentine Dinner On February 13, the Court of the Central Texas Empire sponsored a gourmet dinner benefiting Central Texas MCC, the Red Door Pantry, and McCARES. The food was delicious, the company was delightful, and the wait staff was outrageous!

Chili Cook-Off On January 31, there was a fierce competition over who made the hottest chili and who made the best-tasting chili. Lots of fun and there was antacid on hand for all of the tasters and judges.
